Forget the chicken sandwich battles that Chick fila and Popeyes are having! Just cruised through McDonalds in Daphne and had the BEST crispy Buttermilk Chicken sandwich on the planet earth!! Asked them to cook it fresh for me and not salt the fries (l like to salt my own and if I order them salt free they are always cooked to order fresh for me!) The sandwich was perfection!!
Definitely something to write about!! What a treat!
Good job folks!!! I'm impressed!! -

Can I give them a negative number? What is wrong with this picture? It is supposed to be a sausage, egg, cheese McGriddle.
When we first pulled up there was one car ahead of us. Then, we pulled up and waited and waited. Finally, we drove around the building and went to the second drive thru window. Ah-hah! We were finally waited on!
Come on McDonalds!! Can't you do a little better. Good grief. At least get the order right. -

Went through the drive thru this morning to get hot cakes and sausages with a cup of coffee. Ordered my food and was told to pull up. Everything was fine until I got to the window and tried to hand the cashier my card she responded "oh we only take cash", I then replied by saying that no one told me that when I ordered, if so I would have left and went to Burger King that's across the street. She shrugged her shoulders and didn't reply. I then asked if she could place an order on the cash register at the front counter. By this time the manager came to the window (who apparently was the one who took my order). She then repeated the Same thing, that the registers were down. She told me that I can park and come inside. I explained to her that I had a newborn in the car with me and that it was going to be impossible for me to come inside. And I asked again if she could take my order on the register that's on the front counter. She took my card and walked away (apparently upset). When she returned I gratefully said "thank you". She then forcefully smashed the card and receipt in my hand and walked away without uttering a word.
My only thoughts at this time is "wow this is management".
Afterwards the original cashier closed the window and it took about 4 minutes for them to give me my order. Four minutes is a very long time for anything to be done to my food. And judging by the demeanor of the manager, I wouldn't be surprised if my food was purposely tampered with. Safe to say I did not eat my food because I didn't think it was safe to. Being a new mom, who is exclusively nursing a newborn, I didn't want to take a chance at getting food poison. Which is really sad being that I paid my hard earned money for it.
I called back after driving away to get the name of the manager, and the phone lines were busy. Judging from the comments of the past reviewers, this is normal.
So I will be making a review to McDonald corporate since apparently this is normal behavior for this McDonald's. Something must be done. -

Service is lacking and attitude is worse. The food doesn't taste fresh hot... more like it's been sitting for a while. They do not put enough sauce on sandwiches... like just basic ketchup & mustard, not very generous and especially with their specialty sandwiches. Their French fries where cool and not fresh hot. This is sad because I've always liked McDonalds.
If you plane on visiting there... hope you have better luck than I have. -

The drive through line is poorly managed and hence way too slow. Cars with large orders are left standing at the distribution window thus making the rest of us wait for their order.
